Needed a pick me up after lunch so I decided to quickly whip up a lemon-ginger green tea infusion. Unfortunately could not find a grater in the pantry so instead of lemon and ginger rinds, I sliced up some ginger as best I could and plopped the entire half lemon into my cup. Add in a green tea bag and let steep for a couple of minutes.
