I thought the year would wind down leisurely, gracefully even. But each day seems to be melding into another endless blur of activity and motion. I’m so tired from all the constant comings and goings, I want to sit and be still. Where did all the days go, I didn’t even realise this was Christmas week. I’m feeling very strangely removed from everything around me and I don’t feel comfortable. I’m waiting for all this to be over, for something to die down so I can be myself again.
